Agave and Sesame Rotisserie Chicken
Like being at your favorite Asian rotisserie! Sweet, salty, and a great umami flavor from the sesame oil, plus crispy skin and moist juicy meat all from the rotisserie of your BULL BBQ.
- 1 Big & Plump bird, 4-5 pounds
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons organic agave
- BULL Instant Read Flip Top Digital Thermometer
Combine all ingredients into large Ziploc bag and mix well. Add Chicken, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade. Put the marinade aside for basting.
Place on BULL Rotisserie on medium high heat, and grill, basting regularly until internal temperature reaches desired readiness at 165 degrees using the BULL Instant Read Flip Top Digital Thermometer. Remove and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving and ENJOY!
